The workshop was held on July 30^th - 31^st, 2024, at Phu Thang Grand Hotel, Long An, gathering local officers from health, veterinary, and environmental sectors in Southern provinces to enhance cross-disciplinary health response capabilities.

Objectives:

Provide participants with basic concepts about data, databases, and indicators.
Equip participants with skills to exploit, manage, and analyze data using common tools.
Provide basic knowledge about disease surveillance and guide the application of the One Health approach in coordinating disease surveillance for humans and animals at the local level.
Enable participants to present and interpret disease surveillance results based on secondary local data.
